Apr 14, 2016 Just as physicians have specialized areas of expertise, our pharmacists, nurses and other members of our care team also focus on certain health conditions. Accredo specialty pharmacy service is unbelievably bad. My doctor was able to locate any other pharmacies to send prescriptions but accredo, after trying phone numbers and addresses etc. Had many calls with accredo and everything was assured by them that they would reach to my doctor immediately by “patient rescue” action. We have several ways to contact an Accredo representative.
